Dear Paul, I so enjoyed yesterday’s lunch with you -not only for the fabulous food – I have not eaten such food as we had yesterday for decades. The quality of the ingredients, the cooking of them and the presentation all went to show just how exquisite good food can be. The service was excellent and the setting made me know I was in the middle of a great city which is Sydney. I so enjoyed your company and felt spoilt and pandered to by you. Thanks you so much for having me in your restaurant and for your expansive and sincere company. I really appreciate the way you looked after me and made me feel so welcome.
