Chef de Partie – Sushi section Full-time, available now Specification: Fully qualified with exceptional knowledge and skills in East–West cookery, in particular Japanese neo sushi techniques; work under pressures of business volume, with self-motivated, ‘can do’ attitude; good communicator with keen eye for detail; roster includes days, evenings, weekends and public holidays. Key responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Sushi section; train new team members.
Demi Chefs – Sushi section 1 x full-time, 1 x casual, available now Specification:
Fully qualified with knowledge and skills in East–West cookery, in particular Japanese ‘neo sushi’ techniques; work under pressures of business volume, with self-motivated, ‘can do’ attitude; keen eye for detail; roster includes days, evenings, weekends and public holidays. Key responsibility: Work effectively in the Sushi section.
Demi Chef – Tempura (hot) section 1 x casual, available now Specification: Fully qualified with knowledge and skills in East–West cookery, in particular tempura, saucier and other ‘hot kitchen’ techniques; work under pressures of business volume, with self-motivated, ‘can do’ attitude; keen eye for detail; roster includes days, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
