Chef Teppanyaki

Specification: Fully qualified with excellent knife skills and knowledge of traditional Japanese teppanyaki cooker; excellent customer service and communications skills in English, as most cooking will be on the teppans in front of our customers; work under pressures of business volume, with self-motivated, ‘can do’ attitude; roster includes days, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Key responsibilities: Prepare, cook and present all menu items on the Rocks Teppanyaki menu.
